Controller and scope
Kiman You is responsible for Pandoku (mx.gato.game). Contact: contanto@somospaso.mx. This policy covers the game and its Google AdMob integration.
Game data
Stage, score, stars, time, lives, tools, tutorial status and nickname are stored on your device. This version has no accounts or our own ranking server. Rankings and rival activity are simulated. We do not send your nickname or game progress to our own server.
Advertising and third parties
The app uses Google AdMob for banner, interstitial and rewarded ads. Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share IP address, device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostics according to its configuration. These are used for ad delivery, measurement, diagnostics and fraud prevention. We do not request precise location; IP addresses may support estimation of general location. This version uses live ad units.
Privacy choices
Where applicable, Google User Messaging Platform presents a privacy form before ads are requested. Ad privacy choices appear in game settings when required. You can also review Android ad privacy settings. Rewarded ads are optional and provide tools only when the reward is earned.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you clear app data or uninstall. Normal updates keep your progress; uninstalling and reinstalling restarts the tutorial and stage 1. Game data is excluded from the app backup and transfer rules. Google retains its data under its own policies; we do not control its retention periods. Contact the controller for privacy inquiries.
Permissions and security
The app uses Internet and network state for advertising. It does not request contacts, camera, microphone or precise location. Game data is held in Android private app storage. No system guarantees absolute security.
Children and changes
If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the controller. Audience choices and requirements concerning children must be respected in distribution and advertising configuration. We will update this policy when features or data processing change and display the revision date here.
